Terms of Service
Effective Date: January 15, 2026 Last Updated: January 15, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using PreviewKit ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree, do not use the Service.
PreviewKit is operated by [Your Company Name] ("we", "us", "our").
2. Description of Service
PreviewKit provides automated frontend preview deployment for Pull Requests via GitHub Actions. The Service deploys per-PR frontend containers into your own cloud infrastructure (Azure Container Apps), connected to your existing pre-production backend.
The Service integrates with:
- GitHub repositories
- Azure Container Apps (other cloud providers coming in the future)
- Your pre-production backend and database (which you control)
Important: PreviewKit deploys frontend containers only. Backend and database remain your pre-production environment. Preview data is shared across all PR previews — this is not an isolated sandbox.

Notes for Legal Review
⚠️ IMPORTANT: This is a basic template for MVP launch. Before going live with paying customers, you should:
- Have a lawyer review these terms (especially sections 10-14)
- Customize section 14 with your actual jurisdiction
- Add your company's legal name in section 1
- Ensure GDPR compliance if serving EU customers
- Add any specific disclaimers for your industry
Cost: $500-2,000 for lawyer review (one-time) Timeline: 1-2 weeks
However: For MVP launch with < 10 customers, this template is sufficient. Just add a disclaimer at the top:
⚠️ BETA TERMS: These terms are subject to change as we refine our service.
Early customers will receive 30 days notice of material changes.
